Daniel Scott is a multi-disciplinary artist and maker currently based in the UK.

Primarily a figurative sculptor, his working practices also incorporate photography, a bit of filmmaking and sometimes, even drawing.

He worked as an assistant to Ron Mueck before moving into television and film where he specialised in creature and prosthetic effects. He also worked for a number of years as a portrait sculptor at the Madame Tussauds Studios in London.

He currently works from his studio in the wilds off the North coast of Cornwall.

He prefers to photograph on film, draw in charcoal and sculpt in clay.
